Day 1: Hello Sean T!

Whew!  We just finished Day 1's workouts: Dig Deeper, Sean T's personal welcome to the program, and the Fit Test.  I feel absolutely exhausted, and am pretty sure that I was sacrificing form for numbers in some of the early parts of the workout.

But I feel like a million bucks, exhausted and exhilarated in the way a good workout should feel.  I felt my abs aching, and they still are, as I write this a half hour later.  My back hurts as well, but that could just be because this is the first day of my period, as I've been achy all day.

I'm really excited to see how I progress, even if it's not reflected by the numbers.  Since I didn't have great form for a lot of them, I think the difference for me might be less in numbers, but quality of movements.

And, of course, my Insanity experience would not be complete without some "Before Insanity" photos.  So let me say, I love my body very much.  But I want muscles!  And cute as round tummies are, I want 6 pack abs like Jordan!  My fingers are crossed, but more importantly, my will is stong!





I'm very excited to be doing this, and am grateful for my fantastic friend Jenn for agreeing so enthusiastically to be create a healthy lifestyle together!
